Faith & Flow Return Policy

At Faith & Flow, every item is crafted with love and purpose, and we want you to feel inspired and confident in your purchase. Because we operate as a print-on-demand store, each item is made to order just for you, which means we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. However, if your order arrives incorrect or defective, we will make it right!

Satisfaction Guarantee – Wrong or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Simply email us at help@faithandflow.shop with your order number and clear photos of the defect or error within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are custom-made, we only accept returns or exchanges for defective or incorrect items. If your return is approved:
No return shipping fee or restocking fee for defective or incorrect items.
✔ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

If you wish to return an item for any reason other than a defect or order mistake:
✔ The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
✔ A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

How to Initiate a Return

1️⃣ Email us at help@faithandflow.shop within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and details.
2️⃣ If eligible, we’ll provide return instructions.
3️⃣ Once received, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Final Sale Items

  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.
  • Wrong size orders cannot be returned, so please check the size chart before purchasing.
